About Our Artists
Throughout the year we work with local and regional artists and provide a venue for them to share their talents with the community. Periodically we rotate artists and art, giving new artists gallery space to showcase their works, and the community the opportunity to see new voices and expression.

Art Shows
We love supporting the vibrant arts community of our city and region. All of the pieces in The Art of Touch gallery (and that you see on the website) are available for sale to the public. Just email reception@theartoftouchmassage.com with any questions or just stop by for a tour.
As new art rotates into our space we sponsor an evening at the center for the artists to share and discuss their work with our customers, guests and community members.
Stay tuned for information about our upcoming art shows.

Robert “Trust” Truesdale
Born in Lancaster, South Carolina, Robert Truesdale—affectionately known as "Trust" by friends and family—has called Atlanta home since his college years at Morehouse, where he met and married his Spelman College sweetheart, Wanda Walker. Though he has always had a deep passion for art, Robert placed his creative pursuits on hold while working a full career at BellSouth and raising a family.
After retiring in 2006, Robert returned to his artistic roots in 2014 with a renewed vision and purpose. Determined to refine his craft, he enrolled in Georgia State University’s GSU-62 program in 2015, diving into formal training to explore a variety of artistic methods and techniques.
Today, Robert has developed a distinct and captivating style that fuses precision and imagination. He creates striking portraits and cityscapes using an intricate collage technique—cutting and arranging thousands of pieces of paper to form richly textured and visually compelling works. Each piece tells a layered story, bridging the worlds of painting and sculpture, realism and abstraction.
His work is not only a testament to lifelong creativity, but also a celebration of second chapters—proof that it’s never too late to rediscover your passion and share it with the world.
