Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for the check-in process and to enjoy our space before the massage. If you are unable to complete our brief intake form before you arrive you can complete it at the time as well.
If you are receiving an Oncology Massage, please email and attach the intake form 24 hours in advance, which you can download here.
