Our Cleaning and Safety Protocol is as follows:

  • Decreased hours and days of operation
  • Limited therapists and clients in the space
  • Our 24 hour cancellation policy will be waived for:
    • Anyone experiencing virus-like symptoms should cancel asap and not come in
  • Clients will wash/sanitize hands upon arrival, hand sanitizer available throughout our space
  • Digital intake forms
  • Short health screening questionnaire regarding Covid-19 required
    • Employees, therapists and clients
  • Face covering/mask required for employees, therapists, and recommended for clients
  • Temperature checks required for employees, therapists, clients
  • 6 ft social distancing required
    • Clients can be seated in one of our three separate waiting areas
  • Frequent hand washing
    • 20 seconds minimum duration
    • Before/after each client
  • Sanitize reception area and high touch surfaces throughout the space often (including door knobs, handles, light switches, counter tops, desks, phone, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.)
  • Massage rooms
    • No extra padding on bed, bottom sheet only
    • No extra padding on face cradle, sheet only
    • Massage beds alone can be used- plastic fitted barrier and 100% moisture barrier cloth (washable in laundry)
    • Disinfect massage bed and face cradle before/after each client
    • Disinfect door knobs, handles, light switch and any high touch surfaces before/after each client
    • All linens washed in hot water and bleach
    • Disinfect oil/cream bottles and any other equipment before/after each client
