Our Cleaning and Safety Protocol is as follows:
- Decreased hours and days of operation
- Limited therapists and clients in the space
- Our 24 hour cancellation policy will be waived for:
- Anyone experiencing virus-like symptoms should cancel asap and not come in
- Clients will wash/sanitize hands upon arrival, hand sanitizer available throughout our space
- Digital intake forms
- Short health screening questionnaire regarding Covid-19 required
- Employees, therapists and clients
- Face covering/mask required for employees, therapists, and recommended for clients
- Temperature checks required for employees, therapists, clients
- 6 ft social distancing required
- Clients can be seated in one of our three separate waiting areas
- Frequent hand washing
- 20 seconds minimum duration
- Before/after each client
- Sanitize reception area and high touch surfaces throughout the space often (including door knobs, handles, light switches, counter tops, desks, phone, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.)
- Massage rooms
- No extra padding on bed, bottom sheet only
- No extra padding on face cradle, sheet only
- Massage beds alone can be used- plastic fitted barrier and 100% moisture barrier cloth (washable in laundry)
- Disinfect massage bed and face cradle before/after each client
- Disinfect door knobs, handles, light switch and any high touch surfaces before/after each client
- All linens washed in hot water and bleach
- Disinfect oil/cream bottles and any other equipment before/after each client
